Superior chefs and delicious dishes

ASSIST Cooking Event No. 3: Another great cooking event with a lot of fun and wonderful food!

Saturday night in the kitchen of the Ulm Family Education Centre, 10 students and 3 Senior Consultants were working jointly to prepare a tasteful dinner. The chefs guided the teams, everybody was busy cutting vegetables, kneading dough, mixing chutneys, stirring in pots! The room was full of talking and laughing.

At the end everybody could enjoy a full dinner with different tastes from around the world: as starter a Russian fish pate and Indian Pyaaz Kachori, fried dumplings, with 2 different fillings, as main dish Idli Sambar, rice cakes with vegetable stew with different chutneys from mint, koriander and coconut, and as dessert a flavorful chocolate cake! Everything tasted wonderful and cooking was great fun. Many thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to our great dinner!
